We have just completed a large refurbishment project, where we gutted the house and done, plastering, an extension, new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, doors and windows, we also decorated through out and renewed the electrics, total job price £43,000

We have today signed a 3 year contract for a maintenance contract with a leading letting agents, estimated annual turnover is £100,000.

We have started a large project to refurbish a 3 bed house, including rewiring, plastering, carpentry, new kitchen, new bathroom and complete decoration.
